Post 16 - offsite activity in Cannock – Gymnastics!
Students from Post 16 classes 6F3 and 6F4 have been trialling a new offsite activity in Cannock – Gymnastics! We have hired Birches Valley Gymnastics Club for our exclusive use every Thursday morning.
This is a fantastic space with a range of equipment that allows students the freedom to experience Gymnastics and take part in physical activity to promote their health and wellbeing – as well as of course have fun!
Students have quickly developed confidence in using the equipment and demonstrated their coordination, balance and overall gross motor skills. We hope to extend the hire of the facility to enable more Post 16 students to benefit from it into the Summer term.
